The Cowboy Gathering
The Stony Plain Cowboy Poetry Society was established in 1992. From their humble beginnings, the show has come to be known as the Stony Plain Cowboy Gathering committed to the preservation and presentation of historical and contemporary cowboy music and poetry.

Fragapalooza
Fragapalooza is a volunteer not-for-profit organization put together by gamers for gamers. Since 1997 they have been supporting the ever growing gaming community, both in-person, and online with like minded organizations.
Every year they come together to celebrate and game non-stop for four days. With fellow gamers from all over North America and beyond, they gather in the Edmonton Area and online though live streaming, and participate in the Gaming Festival, FRAGAPALOOZA!
Edmonton Folk Music Festival
Beginning in 1980, the Edmonton Folk Music Festival has grown and matured to become one of the leading folk festivals in the world. It is a charitable not-for-profit society dedicated to bringing in the best of folk music from Edmonton, Canada, and around the world.
The quality of the music and the depth of the performer lineup is the single greatest ingredient in the ever popular Folk Festival's success. The global stars of folk music come together for four blissful days at this open-air festival where a hillside serves as a natural amphitheatre.
Symphony Under the Sky at Snow Valley

Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival
This alternative theatre festival is the largest of its kind in North America, featuring hundreds of uncensored and non-juried shows and performances from hundreds of theatre companies from around the world! Venues are located in the Old Strathcona area with roving street performers, beer gardens, delicious food, and great street shopping adding to the festive spirit, as well as select venues on 124 Street and the French Quarter.
Play On! Street Hockey Festival
Canada’s Largest Street Hockey Festival is Returning to Edmonton!
Edmonton is no stranger to Play On!, and this year’s event will take place in the popular ICE District adjacent to Rogers Place, home of the Edmonton Oilers. The District has fast become the go-to destination for hockey fans and is the ideal location for this celebration of hockey and community.
Kaleido Family Arts Festival
Kaleido is a family-friendly, joyous, exuberant, radically open arts festival that shares the love of the Alberta Avenue Arts District. Celebrate the arts and discover music, theatre, dance, street performances, food, artisans, art galleries, markets, and even more in alleys, rooftops, parks and on Alberta Avenue.
